Custom Product Policy

All products in our store are made-to-order based on your unique design or specifications. Due to their personalized nature, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please review your design carefully before submitting your order.

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

Refunds or returns may be considered only in the following cases:

  1. Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly differs from your approved design, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video evidence.
  2. Order Errors: If we made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design not matching your submitted file), notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
  3. Unshipped Orders: Cancellations or design changes may be possible if requested within 24 hours of order placement, provided production has not started.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Customer-provided design errors (e.g., typos, low-resolution images, or layout mistakes).

Color variations due to monitor/screen differences.

Change of mind after production begins.

Return Process

Contact us at info@yihecustomize.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Order number

Photos/video of the issue

Reason for return/refund

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

Exchanges

We’ll replace defective/incorrect items at no cost if the issue is our responsibility.
